Rates begin at $200/night for 1-2 people, and vary depending upon the number of guests, the length of stay, and the time of year. $25 per person after two people.

FEES: In addition to the nightly rate, there are two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%, an outcleaning fee of $250, and a refundable security deposit of $500 (refunded, minus any deductions for loss/damages, following departure). MINIMUM STAY: Four nights CHILDREN: Children under age eight are no charge. Kim Bryant CANCELLATION NOTICE: Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again, minus the cancellation fee.
